Distributor Terms

1. What this agreement covers
These terms govern your participation in the Fuzedinn distributor network ("Distributor Network"), through which you book rooms on behalf of your clients. By submitting an application, you agree to these terms, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
2. Becoming a distributor
Applications are reviewed before approval. We may require business and identity verification. We may reject, suspend, or terminate any distributor application or account at our discretion, including if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
3. Booking on behalf of clients
You may book rooms on behalf of your clients using the Fuzedinn platform. You are responsible for ensuring the guest information you submit is accurate. You must not create bookings without the guest's consent, inflate or manipulate bookings, or misuse the platform in any way.
4. Commissions and pricing
You set a commission markup on top of the hotel's room rate, within the allowed band shown in your dashboard. The guest pays the room rate plus your markup. A platform fee equal to a percentage of your markup is deducted from it — it is not added to the guest's price. Your net commission is your markup minus the platform fee, and is paid to your connected bank account on the platform's payout schedule.
5. Payment and payout account
To receive commissions, you must provide and keep up to date a verified bank account. You confirm that the account belongs to you or your business. Fuzedinn reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions where a booking is cancelled, disputed, or found to be fraudulent.
6. Use of the platform
You must not attempt to circumvent Fuzedinn, book directly with properties to avoid platform fees, scrape or duplicate hotel data, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. You agree to keep your account credentials secure.
7. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform, hotels, or guests. On termination, you remain liable for any obligations accrued before termination.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your distributor account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
